Help AFOA Ontario Stay Connected With Your Community

We Need Your Contact Information — Complete Our Survey Today!

AFOA Ontario is committed to supporting First Nations professionals, leaders, and organizations by providing training, professional development, and capacity-building opportunities in governance, finance, administration, and management. To enhance our outreach and ensure that key updates, events, and resources reach the right individuals, we are compiling a comprehensive contact list for First Nations communities and Indigenous organizations across Ontario.

We kindly ask for your assistance in completing our Contact Information Survey, which will allow us to establish direct communication with:

  • Chiefs

  • Executive Directors

  • Executive Assistants

  • Directors of Finance

  • Finance Officers

  • Human Resources Managers

  • Others working in governance, finance, and administration.

This information will be used exclusively for professional outreach purposes and will help us tailor our engagement to meet the needs of Indigenous professionals across the province. The survey is quick to complete and ensures that your community or organization stays informed about upcoming workshops, conferences, training opportunities, and important updates from AFOA Ontario.

To participate, please fill out the survey at the following link:
